Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are great to throw together the night before when you know you’ll be short on time the next morning.

I made some for my entire family so I can make it in time for my 5:30am workout tomorrow. Fingers crossed there will be no delay and I’ll be surrounded by my early morning inspirational warriors. Otherwise, treadmill city. 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mix of almond and coconut milk
  • 3 cups oats
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • organic blueberries
  • coconut
  • almond meal
  • cinnamon
  • honey

Steps

  1. Stir together milk, oats, chia seeds, and blueberries
  2. Top with coconut, almond meal, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey
