Overnight oats are great to throw together the night before when you know you’ll be short on time the next morning.
I made some for my entire family so I can make it in time for my 5:30am workout tomorrow. Fingers crossed there will be no delay and I’ll be surrounded by my early morning inspirational warriors. Otherwise, treadmill city.
Ingredients
- 3 cups mix of almond and coconut milk
- 3 cups oats
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- organic blueberries
- coconut
- almond meal
- cinnamon
- honey
Steps
- Stir together milk, oats, chia seeds, and blueberries
- Top with coconut, almond meal, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey
